Positive: The hotel offered a lot of amenities. Negative: The reservation requested was not honored. I paid for a higher-priced and larger room and was given a smaller room that lacked the amenities I upgraded for

From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The property is stunning — immaculate, elegant, and thoughtfully designed in every detail. The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. I slept better here than I have in years! But what truly set this stay apart was the exceptional staff. A special thank-you to Renee, who assisted me with my room booking. She was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before I even stepped through the door. It's rare to encounter someone who genuinely takes pride in making guests feel welcome, and Renee is exactly that kind of person. The dining, amenities, and overall atmosphere were all first-class. I wouldn't hesitate to return, and I'd specifically request Renee's assistance again. If you're looking for a hotel that combines luxury with heartfelt hospitality, look no further. Highly recommend!

The location was good. Close to all the things we wanted to do since it was my kid’s first time in the Dallas area. The receptionist Abdul was attentive. The last day we were there no one mentioned to us about the firefighters being there. We smelled like something was burning as soon as we stepped out of the room and coming down the elevator. We got to the lobby because we had paid for breakfast only to find out that the kitchen was closed and all we got offered was points towards the next visit.

Great location off 75, near north park mall with quick access to wherever you need to drive in central Dallas. I had a suite, which was very nice and wasn’t noisy at all even though it was behind the elevator. I saw the standard room and was disappointed with the small size. I’d be inclined to upgrade to the suite when I stay there again. Construction at the entrance really kills the upscale vibe of the interior so hopefully they’ll finish that up soon. Ordered off the menu for breakfast rather than have the buffet as the price was about the same and I wanted something freshly made.

not very compensating to guests. Our AC went out for about 5 hours in the entire hotel and they could only offer a few Hilton hotel points. Every room was already booked. No drink vouchers for the inconvenience or anything. Pretty greedy. The suites were older and pretty wore down

Avoid the hotel at all costs. Unless you don’t have a choice. The rooms are not ready in time. We called and asked them if we could do early check in, to which they said yes. So we were there at 2 pm. They said the room is not ready as yet. So we were like ok no problem, it’s fine we will wait. Not we keep checking and at 3:30 the room is still not ready. So now we are past the 3 pm original check in time and still the room is not ready. We have a toddler with us and we have been hanging out in the lobby for an hour and 45 minutes at this point in time. Sure the staff is apologetic but that doesn’t help me at all. While I have a toddler who is super tired and sleeping in the lobby. Great job Hilton. Never again. Please book Marriot when you can. Because they sure do treat their customers way better.

I booked a room here and wasn't told breakfast was not included. Also I wasn't informed that they are doing construction outside the hotel. I asked for a refund so I could book somewhere else with better accessibility and was told he would have to talk to his manager tomorrow. These guys are NOT transparent and would not recommend. Also any body with disabilities should likely take caution. Update- I stayed here because I couldn't get a refund. They gave us a room on the same floor that a room right near us was having a loud party. Also when we went to check out there were no luggage carriers which meant we had to carry our stuff through all that mess.

Here is what we requested after four nights—but never received: fresh towels, a working iron, room cleaning, and trash removal. They also LOST our belongings after doing our laundry. There is absolutely no service; the staff at the front desk are rude and, instead of answering questions, they simply mock you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.
